All of our user data is stored is a managed database service provided by AWS (Amazon Web Services) stored locally in a secure location in Sydney. We take daily backups of the database as a data loss prevention measure, which we then retain for a maximum of 7 days as per cyber security best practices.
Symphona remains secure through threat detection technologies and firewall protection provided by AWS (Amazon Web Services) which is relied upon by approximately half of the world’s web applications. Additionally, we take many other steps internally to keeps our users safe including routine monitoring of application activity, code vulnerability scanning, and maintaining strict access policies to our underlying infrastructure.
